  • Can I share my MedSimple Med List with my doctor?
    Yes. If you are a Premium user, you can email your Med List to your doctor from your iPhone or Android-powered smartphone. First, select Med List from the Home screen. Then, select the blue "Email Med List" button at the bottom of the screen.
  • How do I see my account status?
    Select the “MyProfile” tab. If you’re a Premium member, you’ll see the “Subscription” tab, where you will find the information regarding your account status there. If you aren’t currently a Premium member, you won’t see the “Subscription” tab, but you’ll be able to update your profile.
  • How do I add a medication?
    When accessing MedSimple online, select the tab labeled “MyMedSimple.” Next, click the green button labeled “Add New Med.” Begin typing the first few letters of your medication to search for it, then enter all of the necessary information related to your prescription. When accessing the MedSimple app from your smartphone or tablet, select “Med List.” Tap the (+) button. Begin typing the first few letters of your medication to search for your medication. Enter all of the necessary information related to your prescription.
  • How do I add a pharmacy?
    When accessing MedSimple online, click the tab labeled “MyMedSimple.” Next, click “My Pharmacies.” On the “My Pharmacies” page, click the green button “Add Pharmacy.” Enter in the required information for your pharmacy of choice. When accessing the MedSimple app from your smartphone or tablet, select a medication from your Med List and enter the necessary information. This will bring you to the option of selecting a pharmacy. If your pharmacy is not already listed, tap the blue button at the bottom of the screen “Add Pharmacy” and enter the information about your prefered pharmacy. You can also add a pharmacy from your phone by entering “MyProfile” and tapping the blue button “My Pharmacies.” Then, tap the (+) button and enter information for your pharmacy.
  • How do I add a doctor?
    When accessing MedSimple online: Click the tab labeled “MyMedSimple.” Next click “My Prescribers”. Once on the “My Prescribers” page, click the green button “Add Prescriber.” Enter in your prescriber’s name, office information, and any notes that they gave you.

    When accessing the MedSimple app from your smartphone or tablet, select a medication from your Med List and enter the necessary information. This will bring you to the option of selecting a prescriber. If your prescriber is not already listed, select the blue button at the bottom of the screen “Add Prescriber” and enter the information about your prefered pharmacy.   • Can I save my sugar entries with MedSimple?
    At this time, MedSimple is not able to record your sugar entries. However, you can track this information on your computer with My Diabetes Home. My Diabetes Home makes it very simple for users to track their sugars. After logging in, select the tab labeled “MySugars”. Find the table on the site in which sugars can be entered. As an alternative, find the three links that can be downloaded from the site. The PDF link can be downloaded and printed to handwrite the sugars. You can also download a Microsoft Word or Excel document where sugars can be entered digitally and then printed.
  • Can I find information about MedSimple on social networking sites?
    Yes, MedSimple can be found on Facebook and Twitter. These links can also be found at the bottom of any MedSimple web page.
  • Can I set reminders to monitor my blood sugars?
    Yes. You can set reminders to monitor your blood sugars on your phone, just as you would set a medication reminder. To do this, enter your Med List and add your blood glucose meter as the medication. Select “test strip” as the dosage for for the medicine. Enter “1” as “How much do you take?”. Enter how many times per day you test in the “How often do you take it?” section. Select your prescriber and pharmacy if desired. Select the “Dose Reminder” option and select what time you would like to be alerted to test.
  • Can I refill my prescriptions directly through the MedSimple App?
    MedSimple will only remind you when you need to refill your prescription. You will still need to contact your pharmacy to arrange to have your medication refilled.
  • Can I turn my medication reminders on and off?
    Yes. You can have a medication listed in your “Med List” without having a refill reminder set. To edit your dose reminder, select the medication you would like to edit from your “Med List.” Select the “Dose Reminder” button and edit “Set Reminder” to “OFF.”
  • How do I remove a medication from my Med List?
    You can remove a medication from your Med List by selecting the medication from your Med List. Then, choose the “Edit” button in the top right corner and select the red “Delete My Med Med” button at the bottom of the screen. Confirm your decision, and the medication will be deleted.
  • Can I add extra information about my medications to my Med List?
    Yes. You can add any extra information that your doctor or pharmacist has told you about your medication in the “Notes” section of your Med List. Select the medication from the Med List, then select “Edit” from the top right corner. Select “Notes” and type any additional information that you would like to store in your Med List.
  • Can I use MedSimple’s cost savings features in addition to my regular insurance?
    The Drug Discount Card may not used in combination with other insurance policies, including Medicare, Medicaid, or other government-funded insurances. However, you may chose to use the discount card instead of your insurance if this provides a better price than your co-pay. If you have questions about your MedSimple Drug Discount Card, you can call 1-888-602-2978 or visit their website.
  • When I add information to my MedSimple account on my phone, will this information show up when I access MedSimple online?
    Yes. When you sign into your account, the same information will be available on your phone, tablet, or computer. However, the dose reminder feature will only function on your mobile device.
  • Why does MedSimple want me to enter my income level and insurance information?
    This information is completely optional, but some cost savings programs accessed by MedSimple have financial eligibility requirements. MedSimple uses your financial and insurance information to find cost savings programs that fit you best.
  • How do I install MedSimple on my smartphone?
    You can install the MedSimple app onto your Android-powered smartphone by downloading MedSimple from the Google Play store. You can also download MedSimple for your iPhone or other Apple devices from the Apple App Store.
  • Will MedSimple be adding new features?
    Yes. Dr. Anuj Bhargava and his staff are constantly working to add to and improve MedSimple and provide you with the best product possible.
